A TRAVEL pro has revealed three “hidden Irish gems” that you need to visit this summer.

Criostoir Connolly, who can be found online at @explorewithcriostoir, recently shared his top spots with his followers.

Starting the video, he said: “So if you’re doing a road trip in the north of Ireland this summer.

“These are three hidden gems you might not have heard of and you cannot miss.”

The first hidden gem he highly recommended is the Causeway Coastal Cliff path in Co. Antrim.

He added: “You can see the cliffs of the north coast from perspective that not seen by many before.”

HIDDEN VILLAGE

Next up, he shared his second favourite hidden gem which is the Hidden Village of Galboly in Co. Antrim.

Criostoir continued: “This is a derelict village and a beautiful setting that you must see.”

The village with little stone cottages is tucked into the Antrim hills at Garron Point.

It has become a popular spot for films and series including Game Of Thrones.

The Ulster American Folk Park in Co. Tyrone is his final must-see.

He added: “Take a trip to the Ulster American Folk Park, where you can step back in time and experience pre-famine in Ireland.”

ADVENTURE PARK

Meanwhile, take a look at the little-known Irish adventure park with a zipline, canoeing and axe throwing all just 20 minutes from a bustling city.

The outdoor park has no loud rides and is completely free from technology.

Visitors can choose from a list of numerous outdoor activities to sign up for on their trip to the adventure centre.
